Societies for the needy.
Homes for the orphaned.
Love for the abandoned.
Care for the neglected.
Sometimes, all we need is someone to love us in our life.
"Faith, love and hope, and the greatest of them all is love."
Humans, however perfect we may claim we are, sad to say, are imperfect creations.
We were meant to be perfect, but we chose not to at the first chance, which made us forever imperfect.
However much we hate for it to happen;
humans neglect;
humans abandon;
humans scheme against others;
humans slander...
Surely, at some point of time in your life, you would have hurt someone, maybe with your words or actions.
It is impossible for us to love perfectly.
Where there is fear, there is no perfect love, because, perfect love casts out all fear.
Yet, there is still One who loves with a love so great, so perfect, so sacrificially.
All of us yearn, deep in our hearts, for;
someone who can heal our hearts when broken;
someone who can cheer us up when we're down;
someone who will be there to share our burdens;
someone who will be there to share our joys;
someone who will always want the best for us;
someone who will love us so unconditionally;
someone who will always be there when we are in need;
someone who will teach us what to say when we are speechless;
someone who will guide us along when we are stuck;
someone who will walk beside us and lead us along;
someone who will carry us when we fall;
someone who will lend us a listening ear when we need it.
That someone seems so perfect eh?
But He exists.
Christmas.
The season of giving.
Everyone knows that.
But most celebrate the occassion without even knowing the reason for the season.
It was on this day, 25 Dec, that the greatest man who gave the most was born.
He's the reason we celebrate.
